APPLICATION
The vibrating sorter is designed to orientation of caps and then to deliver them to closing machine using skid ramp and feeder.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The vibrating sorter consists of charging hopper, vibrator, feeder and upper skid ramp. Produced vibrations cause automatically moving and sorting the caps placed on the guide. Correctly oriented caps are picked by skid ramp and go to the closing machine through feeder. The feeders are produced in right-handed and left-handed version.
