APPLICATION
The centrifugal sorter is designed to orientation of caps and then to deliver them to closing machine using skid ramp and feeder. The equipment can serve both to plastic and metal caps, diameter of which is greater than their height.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The centrifugal sorter consists of charging hopper, drive mechanism driving sorting disk, upper skid ramp and system to carry off inadequate oriented caps. Thanks to centrifugal force, the caps are passing to sorting area, where they are oriented by pneumatic nozzles. Inadequate oriented caps are returned back to the charging hopper, by off-take system. Correctly oriented caps are picked by skid ramp and go to the closing machine through the feeder.
