APPLICATION

Mechanical cap orienting feeder MPOZ-03 is designed to orient caps and deliver them to a closing machine. It is a stand-alone unit with separate power supply or coupled with a closing machine control cubicle.



TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Mechanical cap orienting feeder consists of the driving gear connected with the drum, the hopper, conveyor belt with collecting separators and set in guides, which are simultaneously the main supporting structure of the feeder, passive drum with tension and the upper slide. Caps are poured into the hopper situated at the lower part of the conveyor belt. Then they are oriented within the sorting area and they are passed onto the desired height via conveyor belt and fed to the closing machine. The belt with collecting separators is the transporting item of the feeder.
