TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The cap feeder consists of the driving gear connected with the hopper drum, conveyor belt that is set in the guides, passive drum with tension and upper skid. Caps are poured into the hopper situated at the lower part of the conveyor belt. Then they are transported via conveyor belt onto the desired height and then they are passed onto orientating apparatus via upper skid. The mechanical cap feeder utilises a belt with collecting separators and with edges to protect caps against damages. The feeder is adapted for working with packaging machines or closing machines with matching capacities.
