APPLICATION
Magnetic cap feeder MPZ-02-M is designed to maintain the level of caps and screw caps content in the orientating apparatus container. It is a stand-alone unit with separate power supply.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The cap feeder consists of the driving gear connected with the drum, hopper, magnetic belt, conveyor belt that is set in guides, which are simultaneously the main supporting structure of the feeder, passive drum and two rolls with tension. Caps are poured into the hopper situated at the lower part of the conveyor belt. Then they are transported with magnetic belt via conveyor belt onto the desired height and they are passed onto orientating apparatus via upper skid. The feeder is adapted for working with packaging machines or closing machines with matching capacities.
